Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. UAE delivery to Abu Dhabi and other emirates takes 1–4 business days. Tracking details are sent once your order ships. Courier/customs delays or incorrect address issues are outside our control, but we’ll assist where possible. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.
