Refund & Cancellation 

Refunds are offered only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Opened consumables (like matcha) cannot be returned.
